Imam Abdullah Hakim Quick is a Muslim scholar and received a Ph. D at the Islamic University of Madinah, where he completed a BA from the College of Da'wah and Usul al-Din. He later received his PhD on the History of Islam in Africa at the University of Toronto, Canada. As an Imam, teacher and counselor in the USA, Canada and the West Indies, Sheikh Abdullah Hakim has actively served those communities' needs. He is also a writer for the religious section of Canada's leading newspaper. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at the Dar-ul-Arqam Islamic Institute and Director of the Da'wah Department of the Muslim Judicial Council, Cape Town, South Africa. Dr. Abdul Malik Mujahid is the President and Director of Sound Vision Foundation Inc. Award winning author and producer, he is an Imam in the Chicago area. A graduate of Darul Uloom Shah Waliullah in Islamic Studies and the University of Chicago in Political Science, has learned television production as director and producer at the Chicago Access Corporation. He is the producer of Sound Vision programs. He also was responsible for the concept and design of Al-Qari, the multimedia software. He was the national president of the Islamic Circle of North America. He has served as the National Coordinator of Bosnia Task Force, USA and in this capacity initiated the formation of the Islamic Shura Council of North America. He also serves as National Coordinator of Kosova Task Force, USA, an alliance of 15 national organizations of Muslims in America. Listen to Dr. Mujahid's speech to a Muslim Student Association and his views concerning the organization. This lecture is great for listeners of all ages.

Women in the Quran versus the Bible
by: Dr. Jamal Badawi

Dr. Jamal Badawi is the director of the Islamic Information Foundation in Halifax, Canada. He is also a Professor of Management at Saint Mary University in Halifax and has authored several books and articles on Islam as well as participated in several hours of produced TV series on Islam. Dr. Badawi is also an excellent speaker and has lectured all over the world and is an expert in Christian-Muslim Dialogues. He is also a member of the Islamic Society of North America Fiqh Council. In this lecture which is especially great for women of all ages, Dr. Jamal Badawi points out the differences between the portrayals of women in the Quran and the Bible.

Br. Siraj Wahhaj is a native of Brooklyn, New York and Imam of Masjid al-Taqwa. In this lecture, Imam Siraj tells us the progress Muslims have made in fighting the war against drugs in America. Imam Siraj tells us that we can not solve the problems of the world by going after the problems, but by solving those problems of the world by following Allah. This is a good lecture for everyone and especially those that want to make a difference.

Dr. Ahmad Murad, by training, is a biochemist and received his Ph.D. in the field from Washington State University. He later ventured into a computer programming career. Currently, Dr. Murad is Sound Vision's Multimedia Development Manager where he makes major contributions with his talent in developing many of the products in addition to maintaining the Sound Vision website. In the following lecture, Dr. Murad speaks to us on how our actions and thoughts shape our attitude towards Allah (swt). He also reflects on the importance of living a life with Taqwah as an individual and collectively as believers, not as a group or separates of a whole.
