Qibla Direction: Locate Makkah on a map to check your prayer direction: simply enter your address

The Qibla in Makkah is the direction a Muslim faces when praying. Enter an address to find out which way to pray.

How to find the Qibla

1. Type an address into the box above the map.
2. Adjust the map so that the cross hairs represent your location. If you don't see a map, use the basic version.
3. The red line shows the direction to the Qibla. If you don't see a red line, click the compass.
4. Confirm the direction by zooming in and viewing a satellite map.
