Dar Us Salaam - IST - Thorncliffe: TODAY, Mutah Beale (Napoleon) - speaking after maghrib salat to the youth

This Friday the 23rd after Magrib Salaat Inshallah at Masjid Dar Us Salaam, we will have a Motivational Speaker for the youth.

His name is Mutah Beale. For those who don’t know him he is better known as Napoleon and was a former member of the late Tupac Shakur’s rap group called the Outlawz.

Mutah appeared on over 40 Million records that sold world wide. He lived a very fast and tragic life.

In 2002 Brother Mutah took his shaahaada and left music since then. He never felt this peaceful in his life after accepting Islam.

He now travels the world as a motivational speaker and warns the youth about the dangers of his past life which the music industry portrays to youth as something good. He discusses the reality of street life and his experiences within the music industry.

Some countries he has traveled is Australia, England, Denmark, Gambia and Canada. He is currently working on building an orphanage in Gambia. He takes this project serious and close to his heart because he himself became orphaned at the age of 3 after witnessing the murder of his parents.

Last Moments in the Life of the Prophet (Video)

Muhammad (SAW) is no more than a Messenger, and indeed (many) Messengers have passed away before him. If he dies or is killed, will you then turn back on your heels (as disbelievers)? And he who turns back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah, and Allah will give reward to those who are grateful. (Quran, 3:144)

DEPRESSION vs CONTENTMENT

Allah (swt) burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned. Above all, prayer and remembrance of Allah (swt) brings peace to the troubled mind and contains the only sure cure for the heart that cannot find peace. "Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us."

Customer Reviews

Amazing indeed

I have been waiting for this for a while; Quran in full pages display on the iPhone. I really like the quality and how clear the text is - Excellent choice :)

It would be great if the bookmarks can be given customized title, and / or to be defaulted to the Sura's name / Ayah number / Part number. Also, provide index by part (Juz) number would make this Quran reader near perfect.

May Allah reward you for this - Jazakah Allah Khair.

It's the best

This application is by far the best Quran reader I have ever had on my mobile device. It's the only application that put the whole real Othmani Mushaf in your pocket. For those who are used to read Quran directly from a real Othmani pocket Mushaf, this application provides nothing less than that. Jazahum Allah Khairan.

Jazzak Allahu kheir

I love it! But when i want to zoom in, its blury :(
