Alhamdulillah, Masjid al-Farooq would like to extend you and your family a very blessed Ramadan Kareem !! Ramadan will begin on Sunday July 31 or Monday Aug 1 2011, InshaAllah. We are waiting for moon sighting confirmation and will advise you as soon as possible inshaAllah. Salat ul Isha Iqama will be at 10:20pm and Taraweeh will begin immediately following Salah al-Isha. May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala accept our fasting and Ebaadah. May He forgive our sins, have Mercy upon us and enter us all into al-Jannah

Alhamdulillah, Dr. Munir El-Kassem will be joining us from London, Ontario to delivery another excellent lecture at Masjid al-Farooq on Saturday August 6, 2011. The lecture will begin immediately after Salah al-Asr (6:00pm) inshaAllah. Dr. Munir will discuss speak on “Ramadan Reflections”. Free dinner served for the entire family inshaAllah. Masjid al-Farooq has many activities lined up for Ramadan including Taraweeh, Ramadan Lecture Series, weekend international food iftars, qiyam al-Lail, and I'tikaf.

RAMADAN LECTURE SERIES

Alhamdulillah, we have invited guest speakers and sheikhs from out of town to come to Masjid Al-Farooq inshaAllah. The sheikhs will be leaving their families and communities to come and share their knowledge with us during this blessed month of Ramadan. The programs will be for the entire family. Powerful lectures and reminders will be delivered every Saturdays in Ramadan. Iftar and dinner will be served after the program inshaAllah.
